今天几个小朋友就读小学一年级，都是一个班的，以前一直请外教，最近该外教回美国结婚去了，因此家长早在去年11月份就联系了我们上海外教网同步衔接。

家长计划已经做好：
1、教材使用加州《Treasures》，从Grade 1第一课开始；
2、每周安排一次，每次安排一个半小时；
3、结合phonics训练小朋友的自然拼读能力（以前已经学过一些了）。

美国外教I八年前随父母来中国就一直生活在上海，外教I在上海读的大学，获得学士学位，然后一直担任上海少儿英语外教。别看外教I大腹便便的，可他上起课来那可是不含糊。为了上好这第一堂课，外教I事先做好了充分的准备，提前两天就把教案发过来了：

Refresher on the alphabet.

首先外教以活动带入课堂。

接着是儿歌，很快几个小朋友就已经陶醉在课堂当中，我们走的时候满屋子的欢声笑语。

外教反馈

It went well enough. One of the kids has a much lower level than the rest. Also, they know almost all the phonics well. I will only spend a small amount of time with phonics in the next few lessons.
